Crew Boss Training
(S-230)
Dates: TBA
Duane Turk and I will offer this class if there is enough interest to fill the seats; therefore, it is tentative.
*Begins at 0800 *
Dismissal will be around 1800 hrs.
This class requires at least 24 hours for certification.
Some lodging will be available as well as camping areas.
Be sure to dress for outdoor work. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Dinner will be provided to students who stay in camp.

Mini Engine Academy
(Advanced Firefighter S-131, Standards of Survival RT-130,
and Pumps S-211)
Dates: 1st - 4th
*PREREQUISITES: S-133 & FF2*
*Begins at 0800 each morning*
dismissal will be around 1800 hrs
The above three certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of the
Mini Engine Academy.
This is a practical combination of classes for the preparation of an FF1 student.
Virtually all work will be completed in the field.
You will be working on wildland engines for this class.
Be sure to bring dry clothing, because your gonna get wet!
Some lodging may be available as well as camping areas.
Be sure to dress for outdoor work. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Dinner will be provided to students who stay in camp.
